Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Project Management Office in Villach, Österreich.
Du planst, organisierst und steuerst unsere Projekte mit voller Verantwortung für alle operativen Entscheidungen
Du bist verantwortlich für das erfolgreiche Erreichen der Projektziele (Qualität/Leistung, Termin und Kosten) und sicherst diese mittels laufendem Controlling ab
Du betreibst proaktives Termin-, Ressourcen-, Risiko- und Interdependenzmanagement
Du reportest regelmäßig in unserem Projektsteuerkreis

Das macht dich perfekt für unser Team …

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene technische und/oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni)
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
Zertifizierung im Projektmanagement (IPMA-C/D) oder vergleichbar vorteilhaft
Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung in der Halbleiter- oder Geräteentwicklung
Du besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge zu strukturieren und Geschäftsprozesse zu gestalten
Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und systematische Arbeitsweise zeichnet Dich aus
Du hast ein hohes Maß an Kollaborationsfähigkeit in einem breiten internationalen Team und eine hohe Serviceorientierung
Du hast verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, im Idealfall auch gute Deutschkenntnisse

Your mission

You support the further development of our Project Management Office.
You plan, organize and manage our projects with full responsibility for all operational decisions.
You are responsible for the successful achievement of project goals (quality/performance, deadlines and costs) and ensure these by ongoing controlling
You proactively manage deadlines, resources, risks and interdependencies
You report regularly to our project steering committee

Your profile

Successfully completed technical and/or business education (HTL, FH, University)
Several years of professional experience in project management
Certification in project management (IPMA-C/D) or comparable advantageous
Ideally you have experience in semiconductor or device development
You have the ability to structure complex interrelationships and design business processes
Independent, structured and systematic way of working
You have a high level of collaboration skills in a broad international team and a strong service orientation
You are business fluent in English, ideally also have a good command of German
