What will you be doing?
As a member of our sales team, you play a key role to maintain and grow our market in Singapore, Malaysia and the rest of Southeast Asia, reporting directly to Arcadia Business Unit Manager. You will be establishing and maintaining strong contacts with existing and new customers at all levels of their organization in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.

You will be establishing and maintaining strong contacts with existing and new customers at all levels of their organization in order to foster good working relationships and promote business opportunities.
The main responsibilities for the role:
- Leading the sales activities in distribution product line, as well as owning the fab account customers assigned
- Execute our sales, business development and marketing strategy and roadmap
- Regularly contact and visit customers to promote our products and generate sales leads
- Identify and actively penetrate key customers and key applications in the region
- Identify and engage with decision-makers at key customers to promote and sell our products
- Conduct customer negotiations at all levels to win the business, and thereafter ensure the successful fulfillment of the customer purchase, and maintain continuity throughout the sales and service and after care activities
- Establish, update and maintain a database of customers and contacts in our ERP and CRM system
- Provide regular updates about sales activities, sales forecast, the competitive landscape and the general market sentiment
